Unblocked!

At 8h30 I went to the clinic to see a nurse about my right ear. I so didn’t want to go, I knew it would take a long time. And it did… 2 hours later I was done.

But the good thing is that they unblocked my ear. The nurse took a huge seringe, filled it with water, and spat the water in my ear canal. She did that like 10 times. It still wasn’t unblocked. She took some long pointy instrument to clean the ear. It worked!

Now the ear is unblocked, but the pain is still there. The doctor told me it could be due to a bit of a cold as I did have to blow my nose a lot this morning and my eyes are a tiny bit runny… So maybe he’s right. He said the ear canal and drum were a bit inflamed, so that could be causing the pain too. He suggested taking Tylenol/Advil and if it wasn’t better in a few days to go back.

And so the right ear saga ends. Yay!

  1. 2 hours ? You’re lucky it’s pretty fast for clinic standards !
