#&*$&!!! I can’t think of a good title…

Today I did 12 minutes of threadmill running and 5 minutes on the bike. It was alright! I listened to Bloc Party on my iPod so that got me motivated! I have to get ready for the little 5km race at the end of February!

After it was time to take a shower, get dressed, do some laundry… I did a load of white, cleaned everything except a delicate top I have to handwash… I can’t wait for Summer to be able to wear just a little top and cute little shoes! Winter is neat, but I hate all the clothes we have to wear!!! My almost empty laundry basket…

Then I lazied at home. I thought about going out for some photography but naa… Staying home in my warm little nest seemed like a better plan! So I watched a movie, The Last Trapper. It was actually quite nice. It’s about a trapper in Yukon, how he lives, in union with nature. Amazing images.

In the afternoon my Dutch family dad called me! It was nice to chat for about 15 minutes about what’s been going on here in Montreal for me and to hear about them back in Amsterdam! Sadly I couldn’t chat with the boys because it was late there and they were in bed. I am glad I’ve kept contact with them even after having finished my year abroad.

For dinner I made a beef/veggie soup! It was delicious.

I’m glad I don’t have classes on Mondays. I love having an extended 3-days weekend!!

I should go take the red nailpolish off of my nails. Sure it looks great for a day or two but it so easily gets scratched! And it doesn’t look so neat anymore…
