I only had one good guy. All the others bordered on psychopathic. In december, I forgot that during the holidays, the postal service has vacation days, so the lanlord got his check late. He sent me a "mise en demeure"... fucking prick. He got yelled at so bad that I had him studdering like a shy kid having to give a speech in front of the whole school. Unfortunately Lanlord hunting is illegal. Lanlords, they are all dicks. I only had one good guy. All the others bordered on psychopathic.
